1. What exactly is a personalized travel plan?

A personalized travel plan is a custom-made itinerary based on your travel style, budget, time frame, interests, and preferences. Instead of offering generic templates, we take the time to understand what you’re looking for and craft a detailed plan that includes suggested routes, flights, accommodations, activities, transportation tips, and even hidden gems.

You can also get a flexible, ready-to-use guide in a PDF form, that you can follow at your own pace.

2. How is this different from a travel agency?

Traditional travel agencies often sell pre-arranged group tours, where you're one of many travelers following a fixed schedule — sometimes rushed, sometimes too slow — and you don’t have much say in where you go or how you spend your time.

Our service is completely different. We don’t sell packaged tours or take a commission from hotels or airlines. Instead, we create independent, tailor-made travel plans. You travel on your own terms, at your own pace, and based on what actually interests you.

3. Do you book flights and hotels for me?

No — we don’t make bookings on your behalf. Instead, we provide you with personalized recommendations for flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation, along with direct links so you can book everything easily and securely on your own.

This way, you stay in control of your travel plans, choose your preferred booking platforms, and have full flexibility with changes, loyalty programs, or cancellations. We’re here to guide you — not to lock you into anything.

5. Can I request a plan for any destination in the world?

Yes! Whether it’s a city break in Europe, a tropical getaway, or a once-in-a-lifetime adventure across the world — we can help.

However, before we begin working on your trip, we always review the destination first to ensure we can provide a high-quality, safe, and personalized plan. For safety reasons, we do not create plans for countries currently labeled as unstable or unsafe by reliable international travel advisories.

Your safety and experience come first — and if we believe a destination may not be ideal, we’ll let you know and happily suggest alternative options.

6. Do you offer travel plans for groups, couples, or solo travelers?

Yes — we create personalized travel plans for solo travelers, couples, families, and small groups. To ensure the quality and customization of each plan, we currently offer trips for groups of up to 10 people.

Smaller groups allow us to tailor activities, accommodations, and logistics more effectively, making sure everyone’s preferences and needs are considered. If you're planning something larger, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to discuss whether we can accommodate your request.

7. Can you help me plan a honeymoon or special occasion trip?

Yes! We’re always excited to help plan unforgettable experiences for honeymoons, anniversaries, proposals, birthdays, or any other special occasion. We’ll add thoughtful touches to make your trip feel extra personal — whether it’s a romantic dinner spot, a scenic detour, or a one-of-a-kind experience.

8. Do you check if my budget and time match the trip I want?

Yes, before we start working on your plan, we review your budget, timeframe, and destination to make sure your trip is realistic and enjoyable. If your goals don’t quite align with your budget or schedule, we’ll suggest alternative options or adjustments that still capture the spirit of your dream trip — without unnecessary stress or overspending.

9. Can I request changes after I receive my plan?

Yes, one revision round is always included. If something doesn’t feel right or you want to adjust a detail, we’re happy to help fine-tune your itinerary so it fits you perfectly. Just let us know what you'd like changed, and we’ll take care of the rest.

10. Do I have to follow the plan exactly?

No—your plan is completely flexible and meant to support your travel style, not restrict it. You’re welcome to follow it fully, partially, or use it as a guide while making spontaneous choices along the way.

That said, we do design each itinerary thoughtfully to help you make the most of your time, avoid unnecessary stress, and discover both must-see spots and hidden gems. Following it closely can enhance your experience — but the final choice is always yours.

Pricing, Packages & Payment

11. How much does a personalized plan cost?

The base price for the Complete Planning is $49 per travel day. However, we offer customizable planning to meet a variety of needs—from basic recommendations to detailed itineraries with maps. You'll always see the full price and what's included before you buy—no surprises!

12. Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees — ever. You pay a one-time, transparent fee for your selected package. Since we don’t book anything directly or take commissions from third parties, we have no reason to upsell or surprise you with extra charges.

13. How does the payment process work?

You only pay once you've reviewed our personalized offer, are satisfied with the options presented, and are ready to confirm your purchase. We will then send you a dedicated, secure payment link. After payment is completed, we will then create and deliver your full personalized travel plan with all the details.

There’s no payment required before you receive and approve the offer, so you can make an informed choice without any pressure.

14. What’s the itinerary delivery time?

After your payment, you’ll receive a proposal with carefully selected flight and accommodation options within 7 working days. You simply review the choices, select the ones that suit you best, and complete your bookings. Once you let us know which options you’ve chosen, we’ll create your personalized itinerary within 14 days of receiving your selections.

If you need your plan sooner, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate expedited timelines by prior arrangement.

Policies & Flexibility

15. What happens if flight or hotel prices change after I get my plan?

Prices for flights, hotels, and activities are set by third-party providers and can change at any time. Since we don’t handle bookings directly, our plans reflect prices only at the moment they are created and sent to you. Unfortunately, price changes by these providers do not entitle you to a refund or compensation. We recommend booking as soon as possible to lock in prices.

However, we deeply care about your satisfaction. If there’s a drastic change in price or availability that you notice, please let us know immediately after receiving your plan. We’ll do our best to find a suitable alternative for you.

16. What if I’m not satisfied with my plan?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re unhappy with your plan, please contact us by email explaining your concerns. We review every case individually and will do our best to understand the issue and offer a solution or revision when possible. Our goal is to make your travel planning experience positive and stress-free.

17. Can I cancel my order after paying?

Because personalized travel plans are custom-made, cancellations after payment are generally not accepted. However, if you have concerns, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will review your situation individually and see what can be done.

18. Can I get a partial refund if I only use part of the plan?

No, partial refunds are not available. Once you purchase your personalized plan, the full service and content are provided to you regardless of how much you use it. If you have any issues or questions about the plan, we encourage you to contact us so we can assist and ensure you get the most out of it.
